Board International named an Overall Leader in Dresner’s 2019 Wisdom of Crowds BI Market Study

Board International, developer of the Board decision-making platform, has been named both an Overall Leader and a Trust Leader in the latest Wisdom of Crowds Business Intelligence Market Study by Dresner. 

Now in its tenth year, the annual report provides in-depth analysis of the Business Intelligence software market, rating vendors against 33 different criteria based on a survey and drawing upon their community of more than 5,000 organizations worldwide. This year’s report highlights that BI penetration continues to increase and that better decision-making remains the top objective for its use within every business function. 

Rated against criteria such as “Quality and usefulness of product”, “Quality of technical support”, and “Sales/acquisition experience”, Board was named an Overall Leader in relation to customer experience and a Trust Leader in relation to credibility. The company was also recognized for its year-on-year improvement in a variety of different areas.
