At Board, we are committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including people with disabilities. We are actively working to ensure that our website meets the requirements of the European Accessibility Act (EAA).

Known Issues and Limitations
We are aware that some areas of www.board.com may not yet fully meet the required accessibility standards. All known issues are recorded below, and we are actively working to address these issues and improve the user experience for all visitors.
- The heading elements contained in some website blocks/components are not in a sequentially-descending order. We are in the process of adjusting the structure and formatting of these blocks to resolve the issue.
- Some links contained in cards that promote our resources do not have a discernible name. We are reworking the code for these cards to resolve the issue.
- Site-wide footer link touch targets are too small on mobile devices. Though the spacing meets WCAG guidelines, we are working on an alternative menu that makes it easier to select a link.
- The touch target on buttons within some cards meet WCAG guidelines but are detrimental to the user experience. We are working on making the entire card clickable in all cases to resolve this issue.
- The heading elements within accordion blocks are not in a sequentially-descending order, and touch targets are too small. We are in the process of adjusting the structure and formatting of these blocks to resolve the issue.
- ARIA progress bar elements on certain pages do not have accessible names. We are working on revising the names to resolve this issue.
- Some images are missing ALT text. This will remain the case for decorative images, but we are working to add descriptive ALT text for images that convey page-related information.
Third-Party Content and Functionality
We may make use of third-party tools and/or resources that embed content on our website. Wherever possible we will ensure these are conformant with the applicable guidelines and do not impede the accessibility of the website.
Compliance and Monitoring Approach
We regularly review our website and content to ensure ongoing compliance with the European Accessibility Act (EAA), particularly relevant for users within the European Union. Our reviews are conducted using a combination of manual checks and automated scans by tools including Google Lighthouse.
We are also investing in additional accessibility tools to augment this approach and will update this page with further details once they are available.
