BOARD International announces the launch of its online User Community BOARDVille

BOARD International, the world’s leading supplier of enterprise decision-making software, is pleased to announce the launch of its User Community, BOARDVille, an online space designed for customers and partners, but open and accessible to everyone.  

“The Community intends to create a growing center of excellence for decision-making processes, becoming an essential and international reference point for the Users of BOARD, the all-in-one Business Intelligence, Enterprise Performance Management and Advanced Analytics unified solution.”  said Giovanni Grossi, CEO and Co-Founder of BOARD International.

Indeed, the User Community aims to support its members in leveraging the full potential of BOARD by asking questions, sharing best practices, accessing articles and examples, submitting and exchanging ideas and being in contact with a world-wide network of BOARD users with different skills and levels of expertise, coming from a multiplicity of industries and business experiences.

“Members can share an example – or “inspiration” – of how they have implemented or applied a specific feature of BOARD in a real business context,” underlines the Community Manager.

Within the Community, users can ask questions or browse discussions about BOARD in terms of its use, configuration, administration or ask anything that implies the use of BOARD.

“The Community will empower our network, our employees and anyone interested in decision-making processes with valuable insights. We are also inviting our Users to help us in our journey of designing and building the roadmap of the BOARD platform” affirmed Pietro Ferrari, CTO of BOARD International. “For example, Community members can submit a product enhancement suggestion (idea) which will be reviewed by the area moderators in combination with the R&D department. Users submitting ideas will be able to vote for other users’ ideas and will be able to monitor and follow their idea’s evolution until it becomes part of a BOARD release.”
