Board Appoints David Marmer as SVP of Product

Board, the Enterprise Planning Platform, is excited to announce the appointment of David Marmer as Senior Vice President of Product. Marmer brings extensive expertise in enterprise performance management (EPM), SaaS and hybrid cloud solutions, and strategic growth initiatives to Board.

Marmer will work to enhance the development of a robust product strategy and roadmap, ensuring it reflects market input and customer feedback. His appointment is part of a broader leadership initiative aligning product innovation with customer-centric strategies.

Marmer’s experience spans both startups and large-scale organizations, including leadership roles in Analytics, FP&A, IoT, Customer Insight, and Governance, Risk, and Compliance products. His strategic vision and focus on cohesive enterprise-level strategies have enabled organizations to achieve their business objectives and thrive in competitive markets.

Marmer began his career at Cognos, where he played a critical role in scaling the company from a $100M software business to a $1B leader in Corporate Performance Management, culminating in its acquisition by IBM. At IBM, he held several leadership roles, including VP of Product Management for Planning Analytics, Cognos Analytics, and the Regtech portfolio. Most recently, he served as an independent consultant, advising management consultants and private equity firms on the Data & AI and Regtech markets.
