Board International successfully implements new reporting solution at Clinique La Prairie
The decision-making platform will help the company transform the management and reporting of data
Board International today announced that it has successfully supported Clinique La Prairie, the pioneering health and wellbeing clinic located in Montreux, with the implementation of a new financial reporting and management solution using its industry-leading decision-making platform.
Clinique La Prairie was previously relying on the use of Excel to build the internal reporting out of pre-defined extractions from the adopted ERP system. The fast-growing business and its international expansion projects triggered the need for a more advanced strategic solution; faster, scalable, less dependent on manual intervention, and highly robust.
Replacing the legacy processes, Board – which automizes reporting and analysis in a single, user-friendly interface – will enable the easy management of data and results across multiple business units and the various internal organizations. The implementation was carried out as a joint effort by Board and Clinique La Prairie.
With financial reporting and reservations dashboards now in place, Clinique La Prairie can take advantage of Board’s all-in-one nature to monitor performance throughout all Business Units and departments.

Clinique La Prairie’s initial intent was to adopt Financial Controlling and Business Intelligence reporting, but thanks to a successful Proof of Concept the senior management team was also impressed by Board’s interactive dashboards and powerful CPM capabilities. This extra functionality, which is included in the platform and can be made use of in future, will increase performance visibility further and transform the company’s planning ability.
