The Hidden Cost of Asking AI the Same Question Twice

If there are some one-off calculations you're doing, I think AI

presents a fantastic way to do it. But if you're going to ask the same

question that's there in reports in your organization, you don't want to be

wasting tokens because that's very expensive and

not a cost-effective way to do it. You'd rather go into

a planning tool such as Board and go into the Board

reports and dashboards that already have

calculated some very complex KPIs and

extract it from Board, rather than have your AI engine

keep rerunning it every time hundreds of your users are

asking the same question.
