I think AI agents will significantly change the way work is done in Controlling,

and also for operational teams.

In the area of planning, functions will be provided

via AI agents,

allowing you to chat directly with the data

already available in Board.

That means, you can then work together

with the AI agents to figure out why things actually are the way they are,

where this trend is headed.

Another point is scenario modeling.

Which also means

more complex scenario modeling using AI agents,

so that, for example, you can model what happens,

if the rate increases aren’t two or three percent.

This means that in just a few minutes

I can create another plan version in Board

and then submit it, and compare it.

Basically, scenario simulation becomes much better and easier.

How do I see Board, AI, and humans working together in the future?

I see this primarily in the collaboration between humans, machines, and AI.

That means that Board is the machine in this context.

That’s where the data structures run in the background,

data is properly maintained, and Board handles the planning logic.

This means

the AI agent then functions as an interface between humans and machines,

so that I, as a human, can provide my natural language to the AI,

and the AI knows exactly how it needs to orchestrate the Board environment

to answer the questions.
