Board is a great application that allows

us to consolidate and plan our financial

figures in an easy and fast way. It

allows us to focus on what matters for finance and

accelerate the growth of Ammega.

The transformation journey started in 2020 with the need

of consolidating a lot of different legacy

systems in one unique consolidated financial statement.

So with this need, Board has been implemented.

It was chosen for the flexibility and the easy

customization that Board allows.

Right now, we are focusing on the data collection.

At the beginning, the accounting part was not harmonized, so

the first important change was the implementation of the global chart

of accounts and a mapping from the local chart

of accounts to the global chart of accounts, and following also the

standardization of the intercompany matching process.

This helped a lot the financial consolidation to

consolidate in a few days instead of weeks.

The data quality has increased.

We have better checks in order to ensure that there

is consistency within the financial statements of each

entity that we have to consolidate.

I think AI is a technology that can bring value to

our company by speeding up our activities that

right now require time, like finding mistakes within

our financial statements or doing

comparisons between different scenarios.

AI can speed up these activities in order to be

focused on the investigation and the root cause analysis

of the variances that we have in order to bring value

to our company instead of using our time in creating

reports.

Thanks to the Board team, we learned fast how to deal

with the [Board] agent, how to create the right prompts, and

we tested three main use cases. So the finding of

the mistakes on our financial statements, the variance

analysis against our planning scenarios, and

also the forecasting. The speed of the feedback of the

agent was fast, and it's promising.

Together with the implementation of the AI agent, that will

be, as I said, an accelerator of our

growth.
