  1. So from my perspective, what really matters with AI, I think,

  2. really is ultimately going to be the business outcome and

  3. can we measure it? The technology itself is obviously very

  4. powerful, but ultimately I'm trying to understand does it

  5. help us make better decisions? Does it help us grow revenue,

  6. reduce costs, improve productivity, and can we really

  7. see it on a sustainable, scalable way?

  8. It's great to work on them as projects. It's great.

  9. The tools are obviously very powerful.

  10. But again, can we really see the ROI and can we do it on a scalable

  11. basis?

  12. Yeah. So it's a great question on how do we evaluate ROI because I think there's

  13. a few dimensions here. One is obviously the cost part of it.

  14. But let's put the cost part of it aside for a minute and we can certainly come back

  15. to that. I think there's a few dimensions.

  16. I think about growth, I think about productivity,

  17. and I think about business impact.

  18. So for growth, again, can we

  19. use it to improve sales productivity?

  20. Can we use it to really go grow top line?

  21. We've taken a stance within board that we want to prioritize growth

  22. initiatives over cost-cutting initiatives.

  23. That doesn't mean that we may not find some efficiency, but we're really trying to

  24. use it in a way that hopefully accelerates

  25. growth.

  26. And again, as evaluating that we need to understand are

  27. we seeing, as I mentioned before, are we seeing this in a scalable way?

  28. Does it allow the teams to really go spend more

  29. time on decision-making instead of just data

  30. preparation? And then ultimately, how do we factor that into the

  31. business? Maybe it gives us some information that

  32. is useful,

  33. but I could have done it in another way and it's not

  34. cost-effective to use AI in this capacity.

  35. So I think the ROI part is it's not just the cost, but it's really

  36. evaluating how does it factor into decision-making?

  37. Can it be something that's sustainable long term?

  38. And

  39. ultimately does it improve

  40. our business?

Is AI really driving business value?

The real measure of AI isn’t how powerful the technology is; it’s the business outcomes it delivers.

Does it help teams make better decisions? Drive growth? Improve productivity? And, importantly, can those benefits be sustained and scaled?

Measuring AI ROI means looking beyond cost savings to understand its impact on growth, productivity, and decision-making. Successful AI adoption isn’t about using AI for its own sake; it’s about creating measurable value for the business.
