AIOS is an owner-managed, independent service provider with more than seventy employees, based in Berlin, with offices in Düsseldorf and Munich. With more than 26 years of experience, we support companies and organizations from various industries – from listed and medium-sized companies to public institutions and non-profit organizations – with high-quality services in the areas of auditing, assurance, and consulting. We develop sophisticated, customized reporting, evaluation, and planning applications for companies of almost all sizes and across industries, including solutions for planning or consolidation and customized data calculations, as well as support in designing the process landscape. The AIOS team specializes in developing complex requirements into BI solutions in close consultation with users, with a differentiated upstream system landscape in finance, accounting, and controlling. The solutions result in significant improvement in performance and quality, as well as making work easier.

Board and AIOS Partnership

In the context of the partnership with Board, AIOS supports the design and implementation of Board-based applications for integrated planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Board and AIOS work closely together, involving the client teams, defining scope and delivery responsibilities and addressing product-related topics throughout the project.

Typical project work covers requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and the setting up of Board applications for recurring planning and reporting processes. AIOS configures planning forms, business rules, validation checks, workflows, and reporting structures within Board. Where required, data integration and refresh processes are established to connect relevant source systems and ensure consistent inputs. Client enablement is supported through documentation and user coaching for client teams.
