    Anita Ratkovic Andric, CFO at Microsoft Switzerland

    Anita is the CFO of Microsoft Switzerland and has been in this role for the past year. She leads local Finance team who focuses on providing business critical insights coming from financial analysis and reporting, financial controllership, internal controls, compliance, and risk management. She is a member of the Western Europe Finance Leadership Team. Anita joined Microsoft in Croatia in 2007 and held a number of Finance roles across CEE and WE Areas. She also led the Microsoft Global Forecast transformation project for the past 2 years.
    Prior to Microsoft Anita worked at KPMG in Audit and Advisory, and lived for some time in New Zealand working on Public Sector Advisory projects.

    Lawrence Serven is a well-recognized subject matter expert in Enterprise Performance Management and is a Sales Director for Board Americas. Lawrence knows Financial Planning and Analysis “from the ground up” having spent many late nights at the office as a Manager for Pepsi Cola International. Lawrence is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Boston College and earned his M.B.A. at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
