John was recently the Global Operations Director for Tata Consumer Products where he ran the end-to-end supply chain for their tea and coffee businesses. He transformed their supply chain through network optimisation and reconfiguration, introduction of a digital twin and investment in sustainable operations. A Chartered Engineer by training, John previously worked as the Supply Chain Director for a recycled packaging business and in a variety of manufacturing and European supply chain roles for Mars.
