Analyze, plan, adapt, succeed. Board launches Board Day 2021
The second edition of the Board virtual roadshow will focus on how organizations can ride out market disruption by improving decision-making
Board International, the #1 Decision-Making Platform provider, today announced the 2021 edition of its virtual roadshow, Board Day. After the success of the 2020 series, which featured more than 40 speakers, involved 11 countries, and broadcasted more than 100 sessions, the 2021 edition will continue to focus on the big challenges companies face today. It will explore how enterprises can accelerate digital transformation by linking planning, analysis, simulation, and forecasting for faster, more effective decision-making.
The free, digital Board Day events will run between May 18 and July 15 and be hosted online by Board’s teams in Germany, the UK, Italy, France, the USA, Benelux, Australia, Spain, Japan, Middle East, India, the Nordics, and Switzerland. Each one will feature expert keynotes, real-life case studies, panel discussions, and interactive workshops, alongside customer speakers from over 20 companies such as Park Plaza Hotels Europe, T-Mobile, Villeroy & Boch AG, Heinrich Bauer Verlag KG, GSK Consumer Healthcare Italy, Eversource and many others.
Board Day 2021 introduces a brand new format, as each event is divided into two half-day virtual conferences. Day one will be addressed to the general public and feature engaging keynotes, case studies, interactive workshops, and valuable insights from thought leaders and Board experts. Day two will be dedicated exclusively to Board customers, providing updates on the latest product innovations and an opportunity for users to expand their knowledge to maximize their use of the platform.
The running theme of the roadshow is the changing world of organizational decision-making and how turbulent market environments highlight the need for companies to analyze, plan, and adapt to overcome market disruption. The importance of digital transformation, removing data silos to gain a holistic view of performance, and unifying financial and operational planning are the key discussion areas covered.
“I’m very much looking forward to this virtual roadshow that will help companies learn how to drive digital transformation to quickly and effectively respond to disruption. We’re leaders in breaking down planning, reporting, and analysis silos, integrating data, and creating ‘one version of the truth’ across organizations to improve decision-making. I can’t wait to hear more success stories from our customers and Board experts,” comments Andrea Alfieri, CMO at Board International.
