Financially Viable Supply Chain Planning in an uncertain world

Webinar with Supply Chain Insights

The Global Supply Chain Pressure Index has hit a record-breaking high, with unprecedented challenges facing supply chain planners in 2023.

Demand variability, procurement constraints, and uncertainty in logistics availability are just a few of the obstacles that supply chain leaders are grappling with today.

To make matters worse, planning alignment gaps between finance and supply chain teams have tripled in the last decade. But, there is a solution: scenario planning!

By breaking down silos between departments, scenario planning:

  • enables financially viable supply chain planning
  • improves the visibility of future outcomes
  • enables better decisions
  • produces more feasible plans.

Despite these key benefits, only 29% of enterprise organizations execute effective scenario planning.

Join our must-attend webinar together with the founder of Supply Chain Insights, Lora Cecere, to gain invaluable insights into how you overcome supply chain planning challenges. Learn how to use scenario planning to improve cross-departmental alignment and produce financially viable supply chain plans.
