Board Appoints Sharon Scortis as Chief People Officer to Lead Global People Strategy

Boston, MA — July 8, 2026 — Board, the Enterprise Planning Platform, announces the appointment of Sharon Scortis as its new Chief People Officer.  With more than 25 years of human resources leadership experience across enterprise software and high-growth SaaS companies, Scortis will lead Board’s global People strategy, helping the company continue to build a high-performing, engaged workforce as it expands worldwide.

Based in Board’s London office, Scortis joins Board after holding senior HR and People leadership roles at JDA Software, Epicor Software, Blue Prism, Adthena and Productsup. Most recently, she served as Chief People Officer at Dext, where she led the People organization through the company’s acquisition by IRIS Software Group.
