Board International receives highest Business Benefit KPI score in BARC’s “The Planning Survey 22”

Board earns 10 top rankings and 44 leading positions in six peer groups

Board International, the number one Decision-Making Platform provider, today announced it has achieved exceptional results in the annual “The Planning Survey 22” from the Business Application Research Center (BARC) across six peer groups: Financial Planning & Consolidation-Focused Products, BI & Analytics-Focused Products, Operational Planning Focused Products, Performance Management Specialists, Global Vendors, and Large/Enterprise-Wide Implementations.

Board was measured across 33 criteria (KPIs) including Business Benefits, Project Success, Business Value, Recommendation, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Experience, Planning Functionality, and Competitiveness. The company achieved a 98% approval rating for planning functionality, a 96% satisfaction score, a 90% recommendation score, and topped all its six peer groups for the Business Benefits KPI.

The Planning Survey 22 is based on findings from the world’s largest and most comprehensive survey of planning software users, conducted from November 2021 to February 2022. In total, 1,325 people responded to the survey with 1,104 answering a series of detailed questions about their use of a named product.
