Software Alliance Manager

Location: Boston, MA

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, dynamic and forward-thinking Software Alliance Manager to join our North American team. Reporting to the Director of Channels & Alliances, you will be responsible for growing revenues through our existing channels along with recruiting and developing new partners that you bring to BOARD. By supporting these partners, you will work to ensure the success of the end-customer. This role provides an ideal opportunity to join a rapidly growing organization with a product at the technological forefront of its market.

 

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prospecting and recruiting new partners to expand our network
  • Establishing new channel partners and overseeing the on-boarding process
  • Nurturing existing partnerships in North America
  • Working towards sales and revenue targets as set by the Director of Channels & Alliances
  • Monthly reporting on KPI’s within the channel ecosystem
  • Implementing Channel Marketing plans to drive brand awareness and to promote lead generation
  • Collaborating effectively with sales and other departments as needed
  • Liaising regularly with internal counterparts within partner organizations to further drive Channel and relationship footprint
  • Assisting our partners to support customer success
     

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of experience in Software Channel or Alliance Management Roles
  • Strong personal network within the Software Channel Industry (BI/CPM knowledge contacts a plus)
  • The ability to prospect for net new partners
  • Proven track record of revenue generation through partner networks in the SaaS space
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships with partners
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
