Board and BASF collaborate to optimize sales management activities
BASF Agricultural Solutions builds a forecasting, planning, and price management application within the Board decision-making platform as part of a worldwide roll-out
Board, the unified decision-making platform which combines Business Intelligence, Planning, and Predictive Analytics, and BASF’s Agricultural Solutions division today announced their strategic collaboration to further enhance BASF’s commercial processes and procedures.
The agreement will enable BASF Agricultural Solutions to use the Board decision-making platform worldwide for pricing, planning, and forecasting as well as making contract negotiations more transparent, structured, and easier to plan. Board brings together relevant data and customer information from BASF’s ERP and CRM systems to create an accurate foundation for the generation of detailed simulations within Board that help BASF to evaluate various scenarios, such as different pricing options for its customers. The implementation is being carried out with professional and technical support from SDG consulting AG with a worldwide roll-out in progress.
