Face the challenges of digitization with innovative business intelligence:
Companies in almost every industry are challenged by shorter product life cycles, increased volatility, globalization and digitization. Partly automated tools and applications which help managers and specialist department staff to analyze, plan and simulate are often essential drivers of success.
“With Board we want to give users the best possible support in their day-to-day issues. That has been driving us on for more than 20 years and has impressed clients such as PUMA, DHL and KPMG. With innovative new developments in artificial intelligence, predictive and advanced analytics, augmented decision-making and much more, we offer our clients the chance to exploit the new opportunities of the digital era sooner. For example, the number of potential users of BI is expanding due to Board’s intuitive voice control - which, apart from the time saved, offers the capability to perform ad hoc query to Board through spoken language and get back insightful results, thanks to the Natural Language Recognition,” explained Ansgar Eickeler, General Manager Central & Eastern Europe at Board.
In the study “Supporting decision making in the digital age”, experts from the Business Application Research Center (BARC) analyze the effects of the digital transformation on corporate management and gives companies recommendations on how to use digital data for their decision-making processes in the best possible way. A printed copy of this ongoing BARC study is available for visitors to the Board stand at CeBIT.
