Inside Sales Representative
Location : Diegem - Belgium
BOARD Belgium is looking for a result-driven Inside Sales Representative for Belgium and Luxembourg.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Accurately record daily sales activities in Salesforce CRM
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Team with sales department to build pipeline and close deals
- Team with marketing for following up of marketing campaigns
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
- Perform effective online demos to prospects
- Candidate will be prepared to perform other duties from time to time.
- Candidate is also willing, at BOARD’s request, to perform work for companies affiliated with BOARD.

- Accurate and good eye for details
- Experience in working with CRM system, preferably Salesforce
- Proven ability to meet and exceed a sales quota
- Outstanding communication skills
- Fluency in Dutch and French, good knowledge of English
