Inside Sales Representative

Location : Diegem - Belgium

BOARD Belgium is looking for a result-driven Inside Sales Representative for Belgium and Luxembourg.

 

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Accurately record daily sales activities in Salesforce CRM
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Team with sales department to build pipeline and close deals
  • Team with marketing for following up of marketing campaigns
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects
  • Candidate will be prepared to perform other duties from time to time.
  • Candidate is also willing, at BOARD’s request, to perform work for companies affiliated with BOARD.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Hunters mentality
  • Accurate and good eye for details
  • Experience in working with CRM system, preferably Salesforce
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed a sales quota
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Fluency in Dutch and French, good knowledge of English
