Business Development Representative

Location: Boston, MA

This position is located in our Boston office and reports to the Business Development  Manager  within US Team.   • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls and e-mails
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Research new accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
  • Work with the sales department to build a pipeline and close deals
  • Perform effective online demos to prospective accounts



  • Proven track record of experience in the software sales industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Experience working with or similar CRM
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
