Profitability Analysis
ABC traditionally helps organizations find their cost drivers and allocate indirect costs
to the organization's processes and activities. Today, some shortcomings of this
methodology have been overcome by the more integrative approach of profitability
analysis.
Profitability analysis focuses more on value than on cost. Profitability modeling moves
