Business Intelligence Consultant

 

Role:

We are seeking a highly talented, self motivated, dynamic analytically minded consultant educated to degree level who has some experience of working with Business Intelligence solutions.

You will be working closely with a Product Manager to understand the BOARD software and support technical pre and post sales activities.

For this position the candidate will be required to fulfill the following roles.

  • Handle technical question or issues from the field

  • Managing open customer incidents

  • Work with both expert and novice developers who are building solutions with BOARD

  • Support the sales team to drive revenue by helping to qualify possible customers and partners

  • Provide training to clients and Business Partners

  • Build and deliver Proof of Concepts which meet customer requirements.

  • Respond to incoming customer requests for technical support

  • Sharing knowledge amongst customers and peers

  • Maintain the quality of/and looking for ways to improve the customer experience

Experience:

  • Some experience of working with BI / CPM solutions
  • Some experience working with Multi-dimensional (MOLAP) and ROLAP databases
  • A grasp of business / accountancy concepts

  • Educated to degree level preferably have graduated in either Business or Computer Science.

Business Development Executive 

Role:

We are looking for an entrepreneurial self motivated, dynamic and forward thinking New Business Development Executive to join a fast growing company.

Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for generating and closing new business.
You have the opportunity to operate within a flexible, dynamic environment and join an expanding organisation taking advantage of the opportunities this provides.
The positions will suit individuals with drive and ambition who are willing to put in the work and hours to achieve their results. Candidates must have outstanding business development skills and be professional and confident in presenting demonstrations.

 

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • A proven successful sales person with at least three years of demonstrable sales experience within software application. Preferably selling BI /CPM solutions

  • You will own the sales process and be responsible for coordinating different resources, people and activities to achieve successful outcomes

  • Able to sell to all managerial levels

  • Capability to work on personal initiative and think ‘outside the box’

  • Determined, dynamic, opportunist with an entrepreneurial flair

  • Proven ability to acquire new business

  • Experience of producing winning ITT responses

  • Preferably a Bachelor degree in Business or Finance

Senior Business Intelligence Consultant 

Role:

We are seeking a highly talented, self motivated, dynamic and analytically minded consultant educated to degree level with experience in both Business Intelligence solutions and Budgeting, Planning, Forecasting tools too.

Your role will be to take an active part and fully support the Pre and Post sales activities with Business Partners, customers and prospects using the Board MIT solution.
Using your extensive technical skills and strong business and commercial understanding you will help these to realise the commercial / business benefits of the solution.
You will work with and mentor Business Partners and customers on projects that can range from Proof of Concept to full implementations.
You will provide strategic and senior level product presentations and demonstrations on all activities concerning Enterprise and Tactical BI/CPM opportunities.

  • Provide Customer and Business Partner Technical Support

  • Develop Proof of Concepts / Prototypes for prospect clients/partners with the BOARD solution

  • Provide product training and support to Partners and customers

  • Develop technical account plans in conjunction with sales representatives that include: technical qualification of prospects, proposed demonstration criteria, trial/prototype plans and closure

  • Provide Users Group and trade show support

  • Follow up on accounts for functional/technical issues related to sales cycle

Experience:

  • Solid backround (4 years+) working with and implementing BI / CPM solutions

  • You have a sound grasp of accountancy concepts

Inside Sales Executive 

Role:

We are seeking a highly talented, self motivated, dynamic and forward thinking candidate to join our fast growing company.
The successful applicant will be working as part of a small and growing team and will be responsible for generating leads, booking demonstrations for Account Managers through following up marketing campaigns / events, direct calling etc….
You will have excellent communication and sales skills coupled with a professional telephone manner. Knowledge and experience of IT sales are advantageous.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Contact senior decision makers within organisation to generate leads and meetings for Account Managers

  • Responsible for maintaining complete and accurate records of all prospecting activity in the contact management database

  • Responsible for reporting to management daily or weekly activity in a standard preset format and for maintaining a closed loop process with Management on activities generated.

  • Provides feed back to marketing on quality of inquiries/leads obtained through various marketing/sales vehicles.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in Telemarketing

  • Exemplary communication skills, coaching skills, and good business judgment.

  • Ability to communicate to senior level prospects (CFO, CEO, MD etc…)

  • Able to qualify and close opportunities

  • Consistent track record of exceeding quota/goal

  • Candidate needs to lean fast.
