Intergamma deliver ‘DIY’ Strategic Planning and Financial Reporting & Consolidation with BOARD
BOARD International, the leading global provider of software for unified Business Intelligence, Analytics and Performance Management, today announced that the Benelux market leader of DIY home improvement stores; Intergamma B.V., has chosen BOARD Platform to provide Strategic Planning and Financial Reporting & Consolidation.
First opening in 1971, Intergamma B.V. is now facilitating 386 stores (GAMMA and KARWEI) of which 9 are privately owned stores and 377 franchise stores across the Netherlands and Belgium. Intergamma is employing a staff of 370. Due to enterprise growth and reporting complexity and professionalism, the organisation identified the need for a solution to reduce the time taken for the budgeting, planning and reporting process.
BOARD will provide a global financial planning and reporting platform that will offer a consolidated view of results across the enterprise whilst providing users with all the flexibility needed to easily run customised financial reports and analysis. Intergamma will also use the BOARD solution to run the Financial Consolidation process and to link it with their Budgeting, Planning and Forecasting procedure. This will replace the manual intervention between Excel and other disparate data sources freeing up the financial team to spend more time on valuable financial analysis and business partnership.
