Capsule Design
The course is for advanced users who would like to develop in autonomy in analysis and application design in Board environment release 6.x
The toolkit approach is introduced that allows the user tpo create their own application with
simple application of dragging and dropping objects and defining parameters.
During the 3 days all the different objects you can use will be introduced and described in detail.
Know how about linking objects will also be discussed. We will then introduce the concept of
procedures to run calculations within board and setup jobs to automate print jobs and data
loading routines. Creating data entry environments to do data entry and simulation and
discussing Board as a CPM instrument. WE will also provide tips and tricks for the best approach
for developing capsules.
N.B: Boardweb environments is not covered in this course as is provided as a standalone module.

Database design
The course is for database administrations who would like to be self sufficient using Board to project, implement and maintain databases.
You can understand the fundamental mechanism of database construction and loading of error
troubleshooting, of security profiles management and all the operations needed to implement
all aspects of the database, entities, relationships, cubes.
This can then be put into practice on a small data set to implement a sales analysis application
managing multiple data shources.

System Administration
The course is for system administrations who would like to be self sufficient during Board system installation and implementation. The fundamental concept to install and uninstall Board
will be discussed.
The course allows you to know the fundamental mechanisms of hardware LAN or WAN
architecture setup and of the applicative architecture of the Database and Capsule. We discuss
hardware and software dimensioning issues, security maintenance, data access and licensing.

Procedures Design
The course is for database administrators or advanced users who would like to learn manipulation and valorisation techniques in Board Environment.
The course allows to achieve a wide overview on commons data transfer and modification
methods, related to different cases regarding production cycles, budgeting, accounting.
The practical session allows to carry into effect what learned during the training.
