Partner Program Highlights
The BOARD Partner Program is designed to make the relationship work.
The relationship should deliver, based on the commitment level of the partner,
support and resources to empower partners to be successful. There should be
regular communication so that sales resources and marketing messages and
development updates are there at the appropriate time. Partner marketing
programs facilitate visibility for solutions, while easy training and
certification means rapid and effective productivity. All these things work
together to make the relationship mutually beneficial.
Demonstration Software
Partners receive Not For Resale (NFR) BOARD licenses for demonstration and
development purposes. Licenses for internal use are purchased at reduced costs.
Product Discounts
Partners reselling BOARD receive a baseline discount on the suggested list
price, plus additional discounts based on agreed upon target revenue
achievement. In addition, an Enterprise License Agreement (ELA) is possible and
encouraged for competitive differentiation and driving client ROI.
Marketing and Support Materials
BOARD provides sales collateral, press reprints, product presentations and other
sales tools. In addition, partners receive regular updates on new uses of BOARD
and product enhancements.
Sales and Technical Training
Comprehensive training is provided to Partners’ sales and technical teams to
enable them to compete in the market with BOARD solutions. Training sessions
include formal product training, use of demonstration tools, workshop sessions
and problem-solving forums. Installation and configuration training is also
available for technical staff.
Certification Requirements
BOARD Solution Partners are required to staff at least one (1) technical expert
(although 2 are recommended) and one (1) sales expert. Training is provided free
of charge.
Technology Briefings
BOARD gives all partners regular briefings that are important to the positioning
of BOARD in the marketplace. This keeps partners informed of the business
benefits of utilizing new native functions developed in BOARD.
